AI doesn’t fail. The interface does.

Most tools expose raw capability:

→ a prompt box
→ a response
→ maybe a few controls

But no structure around it.

So users are left to figure out:

→ what to ask
→ how to guide it
→ how to use the output

That’s where things break.

Not in the model—
but in the experience around it.

The real opportunity isn’t better models.

It’s better interfaces for intelligence.
